A wonderful vintage print of an illustration of A Cuban Trogon (Trogon Temnurus) after English ornithologist and artist John Gould (b.1804-81).
This picture has been newly professionally mounted and framed in a lovely gilt vintage frame and strung to the reverse, and will arrive ready to hang on a screw or nail. The frame also has a stand so it can sit on a sideboard or shelf rather than hang on a wall of preferred.
The species of bird in Latin is printed to the bottom along with ‘Printed by C. Hullmandel’ to the right and to the left ‘Drawn from nature and on stone by J. & E. Gould’
