Midcentury Hutschenreuther red and black dish
A midcentury 1960s Hutschenreuther porcelain dish.
The gorgeous colourway of bright red speckled with deep brown falling to solid deep brown around the base.
The Hutschenreuther family started producing porcelain in northern Bavaria in 1814, hence the maker’s mark and continued until 1969 when they merged with another manufacturer.
17.5cm diameter X 4.5cm tall. The inner dipped circle is a comfortable 9.5cm in diameter.
