Midcentury West German 1970s fat lava bulbous vase 284-19

A fantastic midcentury fat lava vase in an uncommon bulbous shape, produced in West Germany by Scheurich Keramik in the 1970s.

The colourway is a very attractive bright orange contrasted with the black ‘lava’.

The design number, as shown in the photo, is 284 – 19.

A beautiful example of the style, with a simple, bold colourway.
