19th century red painted shaving mirror with candle sconces
A very attractive 19th century pedestal shaving mirror with turned columns and candle sconces, with brass details and the original mirror plate.
For the dressing table or beside the bathroom sink, this is a fine looking practical antique piece overpainted in red incredibly neatly. It could be original paintwork but as there are no chips except around the brass tightening turner, it perhaps came a bit later.
The arms on which the candles sit can be angled however you please; beside or in front of the mirror or in-between.
39cm maximum height. 19cm diameter base. 30cm wide excluding candle holders.
