Pair of midcentury industrial painted metal chairs
A pair of painted steel industrial chairs.
I fell for the colours and the legs which look like a line drawing, almost too thin to be real, more like an illustrator’s impression.
They are very sturdy though, showing plenty of wear from decades of use. An appealing minimalism of form, with just what’s necessary.
The two chairs stack to save space and would be great as extra seats at the table or in the lounge, perhaps in a bedroom or bathroom. They’d also be great on the patio, but not to be left outside throughout a rainy winter.
Colourful and characterful, and useful.
