Maple Leaf brand, Made in Canada, of black leather with a felted bright lime green interior and long laces in the same colour.

They are marked size 6 to the base (or is that 9?! Check the measurements below if you’re thinking of wearing them and decide for yourself). The leather bases are marked as made in Czechoslovakia, but on the steel, as pictured engraved Made in Canada.
They measure 28cm heel to toe X 28cm total height X 9cm wide.
