Antique Vanity Fair prints, set of 3 WELSHMEN, newly professionally framed in solid wood glazed frames.

 

A wonderful framed set of 3 antique Vanity Fair prints of illustrations of Welshmen, featuring from left to right in the first picture: Hwfa Williams, Lionel Brough and Nathaniel Edward Yorke-Davies.

Left to right in the main picture:

Hwfa Williams “Sandown” was a British army officer and racecourse manager, November 7th 1891.

Nathaniel Edward Yorke-Davies surgeon, doctor “Dietetics”, April 12th 1900.

Lionel Brough, Welsh actor, “a fellow of infinite jest”, March 30th 1905.

Each dated from the late nineteenth century through to the early years of the twentieth, these joyous historic British prints are in great condition and have been professionally framed in bespoke identical simple matte black solid wood glazed frames.

I have several sets from a large collection of 44 Vanity Fair prints including dramatists, writers, sportsmen and more, all newly professionally framed in the same black wooden frames as these.
