Antique Art Nouveau Brass Letterbox and door knocker
A sublime looking Art Nouveau brass letterbox for the front door.
In perfectly curvaceous Art Nouveau form with a wonderful natural undulating design.
The ornate bar can be used as a door knocker.
The rusted original pole on which the flap swings has been replaced with new. This is not seen when the letterbox is in situ.
The original patina on this period piece has been retained, though it could of course be polished to a bright golden brass colour.

21cm wide X 9.5cm tall. The screw centres to the reverse are 17.7cm apart. The widest part of the opening is 14.8cm.
