1970s midcentury teak pair of small wooden shelves

A superb midcentury stained teak wood pair of small wall shelf units.

A sunny golden brown, this matching pair of solid teak shelves make a great way of displaying your smaller collector’s items, or perhaps jewellery, small figurines, little photos, use it as a spice rack or for other small pieces you need to organise or display.

There are a multitude if ways in which you could mount these shelves as a pair. I’ve given four examples in the photos. They look great in any configuration with the way that they interlink and can be made to appear as one larger unit. They look great in a diagonal formation. You may prefer to have them on opposite sides of a mantle piece or window however, as an attractive symmetrical pair.

Perfect when you have a collection of smaller items, say little bottles, succulents, cacti, or small cups or pots or whatever you love.

They’d be great in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen or lounge, and you’d find a use for them anywhere.

To the reverse, these units both have subtle little metal supports, shown in the last photo, for nailing or screwing into the wall.

The shelving unit measures approximately 41cm both vertically and horizontally. The shelves are 7.5cm deep.
