12 French antique & vintage furniture keys on mountable wood panel
A collection of 12 vintage and antique French furniture keys, mounted on on a wood panel, with a brass hanging hook to the reverse.
These beautiful brass and steel keys, dating from the 19th to the mid 20th centuries would have been used for cupboard, drawer and cabinet doors, or perhaps safes.
Ranging from the Belle Époque, through Art Deco and into the midcentury up to the 1960s, each has its own style and decorative charm.
The scalloped shaped dried timber is probably a teak wood, and is the perfect size for the collection. There are two nails for the left-most two keys in order that they hang straight with their design. You can of course hang them in any order. They will be sent wrapped individually off the nails.
A brass hook on the back enables it be hung on a single screw in the wall.
So decorative in themselves, just imagine what the furniture was like!
The panel measures 48.5cm wide X 12cm tall.
