A very attractive, useful, and versatile wooden trunk for storing anything you need but don’t want to see everyday, while being a great little coffee table.

It has a beautiful patina to the hinged top, and it’s a clean, smooth, finished timber inside.

To either side are the loveliest clamshell handles.

There is evidence of some historic woodworm particularly to a corner, with some related crumbling of the timber. Now secure, it has also been given two liberal coats of woodworm treatment throughout to be completely sure it’s all gone, and the exterior given a good quality wax polishing to protect and finish the surfaces.
