Vintage Welsh wool double sided double blanket in teal and reds
A wonderful c.1960s double sided traditional vintage Welsh woollen blanket (Carthen, in Welsh) in lovely condition.
In a gorgeous teal colourway with reds, oranges, cream and black in a traditional Carnarfon design, with blanket stitched edges with a fringe on two opposite sides.
The blanket is reversible so a variation of the same colours in a similar pattern is on the other side.
There are no holes, and I could find just three small pulls, pictured. There is one small stain, also pictured. Overall, this vintage blanket is in great condition. It has been aired outside for a day.
A gorgeous, decorative and practical item for your home.
Measures approximately 240cm X 165cm.
