Rare 1950s collectable mechanical toy of porter and luggage, fully functional
An amazing 1950s SG mechanical toy made in Western Germany.
Rare enough in any condition, this example is also fully functional and in immaculate condition for its age.
It is also in its original box and with the winding key present, this is model number 840.
When wound, the porter pushes his trolley of luggage along at speed, then crouches down lifting the trolley and turning it, and it goes again. It’s a magical little sequence and works just perfectly.
