Carved one piece European fruit bowl
A European wooden dish handcarved from a half of trunk with integrated handles to the ends.
This has been given coats of olive oil, (extra virgin no less!), as often recommended for chopping boards as it is food safe, to bring out the details and give it a layer of protection. This can be periodically renewed.
Rustic and handmade, the base retains the rounded shape of the tree it was crafted from, and though it will sit straight empty, it will tip when off balance.
