Large wooden crocodile
A fantastic large scale sculpture of a stalking crocodile, mouth open ready to pounce.
Brilliantly carved with bumps all over its back and curved tail, one foot raised.
With sharp white wooden teeth and textured scales all over, this is a powerful piece and would look great on a sideboard, perhaps in a dark corner… and under the shadow of the undergrowth.
On close inspection you can see that either the crocodile was made up from more than one piece or been fixed in a couple of places after injury. It doesn’t take away from the affect of the sculpture.
Measures 116cm wide X 23cm maximum depth X 20cm maximum height (at tip of snout).
