A second Large midcentury Parkers bakery bread crate, repurposed as shelving

A large midcentury Parkers bakery bread crate, repurposed as a shelving unit with a moveable reclaimed plank shelf.

The unit is a large circa midcentury bakery crate which has a great looking varied colouration to the thick wiring.

Made from a shaped and treated reclaimed scaffolding plank, the shelf is very thick. It is connected to the surround with four round brass hooks fixed with new old stock midcentury brass screws.

By unscrewing the hooks on one side the shelf can be raised or lowered to your desired height. Message me after purchase if you’d like me to do this for you before sending.

Great for books, plants, ornaments, a clock… food or mason jars in the kitchen, toothbrushes etc in the bathroom, this will look great anywhere if you like a slightly industrial look.

This crate measures 72cm tall X 50cm wide X 23cm deep. The bottom space beneath the shelf measures 29cm tall and the top space above the shelf 36cm tall. As above, the shelf can be moved to fit your items if required.
