Art Deco rectangular frameless mirror with crest

A rectangular frameless mirror from c.1930s. There is an attractive geometric Art Deco metal crest to the top centre.

With a wooden back and hooped chain to the reverse for hanging, this is a solid yet elegant option for your hallway, bedroom or overmantel, or perhaps part of a wall of mirrors.

The mirror is designed to hang horizontally from its chain, and it could also work well leant on a dressing table (see photos).

As ever with these old mirrors, there is a little wear and some disintegration of the foil backing at the edges, please see photos.

Measures 46cm wide X 35.5cm.
