c.1930s Golden oak desktop drawers

A fine set of 4 golden oak wooden filing drawers from circa 1930s, with brass pulls and label holders.

Each drawer very comfortably fits A4 size sheets (see measurements below) and as well as documents, would suit stationery, jewellery, paints or various crafting materials or for tidying away all of the less attractive essentials we need close by but preferably out of sight.

As shown on the label in the top drawer, this is ‘The B & G “EZY” cabinet’.

The labels are made from a stock of vintage paper I have from the first part of the twentieth century.

The top and sides are coated in a paper which has come away at some edges, but retained the original look.

A very practical and attractive piece in the home or workplace.

Measures 38cm wide X 24.5cm deep X 27cm tall. Each drawer’s internal measurements are 34.5cm X 22cm X 5cm.
