Giant green glass carboy demijohn

A giant green glass antique hand blown carboy or demijohn.

With a lovely green colour and a slightly asymmetrical form, this makes a wonderful decorative piece for a corner, sideboard or chest before a window with the light shining though.

There are some chips to the lip, but they are not sharp.

Originally used for wine or olive oil transportation half a century or so ago, this can be used as terrarium, vase perhaps for long dried stems, or as a punchy piece of sculptural decor in itsown right.
