Troika cylinder vase by Louise Jinks, late 1970s
A beautiful cylinder vase produced in Cornwall by Louise Jinks of the Troika pottery set between 1976-81.
World famous for their unique, textured, geometric designs, Troika pottery was produced in St Ives and later Newlyn from 1963-83.
The colourway is of blues, and earthy reds and cream with a zigzag pattern to the bottom. The variation in colour shades is just wonderful.
There is a vertical scratch to the reverse of this round vase.. see pictures.
