1960s Shanghai pendulum wall clock
An attractive midcentury Shanghai 555 wall clock.
With an oak case, Deco influenced black numerals on the quarter hours on a silver face, and a visible pendulum behind patterned glass.
The clock has its winding key and works once the pendulum is set off. The movement is 15 day so only needs winding by the left arbour once a fortnight.
The right arbour winds the chime which will sound a ‘bong’ for each hour (4 bongs at 4pm etc.) You can choose not to wind this if you prefer not to have the chimes.
The clock is in excellent condition case, face and glass.
Measures 46cm tall X 26.5cm wide X 10.5cm deep.
