Early 20th century brass letterbox with patina

A very stylish and minimally simple early-mid 1900s brass letterbox for the front door.

The spring to return the flap to its closed position to avoid letting drafts in is working well, and strong new bolts to fix it to your door.

There’s some lovely patina to the brass, which you only get from age.

Please note new solid brass letterboxes, with no patina, just fake ageing cost around three times as much as this beauty.

25.5cm wide X 10.2cm tall. The opening measures 20cm X 5cm. The horizontal distance between the bolt centres is 22.7cm. They protrude approx. 5cm.
