Vintage fairground ‘Try Your Luck’ hand-painted wooden sign
A large vintage genuine fairground sign, hand-painted on wood.
Gloriously wonky in shape, presumably to fit around some contraption, this one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia brings back the joys of the coconut shy and other decidedly analogue fun of yesteryear.
In cream lettering on a pale green ground, this sign is a wonderful bright pink on the reverse.
It has been joined with crude metal brackets and feels fairly delicate, down to its weight and shape. Once fixed to or leant up against a wall it’ll be fine.
Fun, colourful and joyful, evocative of good times.
Measures 72cm wide at the bottom X 71cm at the top X 56cm tall X 3cm thick.
