With great ‘cinnamon’ deep yellow vinyl fabric and thick, comfortable self-folding seats with a sleek black frame, these iconic theatre seats, reclaimed survivors from an Art Deco theatre would be an excellent, immensely stylish matching pair in the lounge, a hotel or bar.

They’re great in a hallway for getting shoes on, where their self-folding saves space in tighter spaces.

They have a wonderful side profile with the curved triangular panel matching the seat fabric and surrounded in wooden beading.

Considering their age and usage in a public place they are in great condition. As part of their professional restoration, the seat vinyl fabric has been painstakingly cleaned and then waxed. The wood has been refreshed all over for consistency.

As these were designed to be fixed to the theatre floor, there are bolt holes either sides off the feet. An additional wooden strut has been added for additional structural integrity at the base due to the fact that they are expected to be used as standalone chairs (not bolted down like they would’ve been in the theatre) and professionally colour matched to the original feet and legs.

An incredibly stylish, comfortable complete one-off Art Deco seating, and even better, a symmetrical matching pair.

Each chair is 60cm wide to the outer arms, 81cm tall at the back and the total depth of the seats and of the legs are 45cm.
