Early 1900s tall pine workshop stool with original paint

A great looking painted pine work stool or bar stool dating from the early decades of the 20th century.

With its original dark brown paint and showing some great wear to the seat and particularly one of the stretchers which has a very deep curve in from decades of resting feet.

Showing a great deal of age and character, there are machine marks down one of the legs pointing to an industrial setting. There is a bit of a lean in one direction to the stool, perhaps from leaning towards a machine. This could be rectified if necessary with leg pads beneath the shorter side. This is shown in photo #5 in particular.

Also makes a nice display shelf perhaps for a plant at home or in a shop, or as a small side table especially for narrower spaces.

This has had two coats of Fiddes tinted wax for protection.

Measures 73cm tall and the seat measures 35.5cm wide X 27cm deep.

This item ships within the mainland UK only.
