c.1920s Greist gooseneck lamp model LFB, American clam shell table lamp with gooseneck, rewired and PAT tested

An absolutely beautiful c.1920s brass clam shell shaded lamp on a very elegant iron base, and with a gold tone gooseneck to angle the light wherever you need it.

Made by the American manufacturer Greist, which produced sewing machine parts, measuring tools and lamps, established in 1871. This model LFB lamp has a wonderful pressed brass shade, a very flexible gooseneck and cast iron base.

The lamp has been professionally rewired, and earthed with 3 core fabric cable. It has also been PAT tested and bears the pass sticker on its plug (September 2024).

It has been cleaned and polished just enough to return its original colour but retain its century of characterful patina.

Great for a desk, bedside or side table.

The length of the neck from the top of the bar to the back of the shade is 34cm. The base measures 17cm X 13cm. The cable is a generous 175cm long.

It ships internationally but has a UK 3-pin plug.
