1940s Sobell Bakelite radio, untested, for decor
A great looking late 1940s British valve radio by Sobell.
With a brown Bakelite shell with lively rounded corners, this model (519) was produced in 1949.
There is a relatively modern cable with no plug on the radio which is folded in behind the back cover. This radio has not been tested and needs checking over by a qualified individual before use.
It still has a label to the back for the dealer C.C. Shakleton & Sons on Regent’s Street, Kingswood, Bristol.
Measures 46cm wide X 37cm deep X 28cm tall.
